The main ingredient in the dish is, of course, pork. For baking, first-class meat is most suitable - loin, scapula, ham.

Immediately before cooking, it must be washed, shaken off water and dried.

Pork is cut into slices, the thickness of which is one and a half or two centimeters.

Each piece is desirable to slightly beat off on one and the other side. Then the dish will cook faster and be softer.

The sweetish flavor of spice meat is emphasized. Freshly ground black pepper, nutmeg, marjoram, basil and rosemary are most suitable.

Before cooking, the meat can be marinated, and then in the baking process there is an amazing mixture of aromas and tastes.

For food, choose elastic and ripe tomatoes. They can be cut into slices or small pieces.

We cut the cheese for baking into thin slices or we act in the standard way: we grate it.

You can add mayonnaise, eggs, garlic, herbs and mushrooms to the dish.

Ingredients:

• one kilogram of pork pulp;

• two tablespoons of salt;

• half a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper;

• one spoonful of teaspoon of nutmeg, marjoram and rosemary;

• three tomatoes;

• 120 gr. cheese.

Cooking method:

We cut a whole piece of meat with an accordion: we make longitudinal cuts, but not completely. The thickness of the slices is a centimeter and a half.

We shift the meat blank onto a baking sheet covered with foil.

We cut the tomatoes into slices, and the cheese into thin slices.

Chop the garlic very finely.

We cut the pork into thin slices (as for chops). Cover them with cling film.

Lightly beat off with a mallet on one and the other side. Add salt and sprinkle with pepper.

We cut the mushrooms in half rings, and cut the tomatoes in rings.

Wash the parsley, dry and chop finely.

We place the pieces of pork on the surface of the mold and bake in the oven for about ten minutes (200 degrees).

• 15 gr. butter or margarine.

Cooking method:

Cut a prepared piece of pork into slices one and a half or two centimeters thick.

We close each received piece with cling film and beat off quite a bit. Salt and sprinkle with pepper.

Grease a baking dish with butter or margarine. Put the pork pieces in it.

Washed and dried tomatoes are cut into half a centimeter thick slices.
