Today we are given a selection of a wide variety of drinks. Which one to choose? It all depends on the taste of a single person and on the situation. It is worth remembering that not all drinks are equally beneficial for the human body. As a result of research, scientists created a rating of the most beneficial drinks for the body. To a greater extent, this was done for women, since it is they who are most often concerned about maintaining their figure and health in perfect condition. So, the rating includes:

  1. Water - An effective accelerator of the metabolic process in the body. That is why doctors recommend consuming at least 1.5 liters per day. To prevent dehydration and stimulate all the necessary processes in it, you need to drink at least one glass of clean water in the morning on an empty stomach. As for the use of mineral water, one must be extremely careful here and consult a doctor before choosing this drink, especially if the salt content of the mineral water is more than one gram per liter.
  2. Tea contains catechins, which are natural antioxidants. It has been proven that catechins exceed vitamin C in efficiency by almost 100 times. It is believed that the most useful is green tea. However, you should not drink more than 2 cups a day, especially if you suffer from hypertension, since green tea helps lower blood pressure. Some features exist when brewing green tea: if you brew it for 2 minutes, we will get a tonic drink, but if you brew it for two to five minutes - a drink with a calming effect.
  3. Vegetable or fruit juice. Juices also have their own rules for consumption. Firstly, they must be prepared immediately before the reception itself, otherwise they lose some of their useful properties. If the juice is too sweet, it is better to dilute it with clean water in order to avoid an increase in blood sugar concentration. Fruit juices can negatively affect the gastric mucosa, so they are not recommended to be drunk on an empty stomach. Do not forget about the calories contained in fruit juice. This applies primarily to those who care about their figure.
  4. Cocoa has the ability to raise hemoglobin much better than, say, pomegranates, apples, or beets. However, those who have problems with the kidneys, pancreas, liver, will have to limit the consumption of this very tasty drink.
  5. Coffee - a drink around which there is still debate. Some nutritionists strongly exclude it from the list of necessary drinks, while others, in turn, adhere to the opposite opinion. Coffee is undoubtedly useful for those who suffer from hypotension, since it has a tonic effect. It also improves blood circulation and activates mental activity. However, coffee leaches the calcium needed by the body and can be addictive if consumed excessively.
