A study conducted by American scientists aimed at studying the reduction in the risk of breast cancer, led to amazing results. As it turned out, the consumption of fresh tomatoes in food can reduce the occurrence of breast cancer - one of the most common cancer diseases in women.
The experiment involved 70 postmenopausal women. Each of them ate several tomatoes daily. The results surprised scientists: the constant use of this product dramatically increases the level of adiponectin, a hormone that is the strongest antioxidant that can protect cells from premature death.
