Rice meatballs with boiled meat

You can take any meat or poultry to prepare such rice meatballs. For example, residues after cooking broth. The weight of the seedless finished product is indicated.

Ingredients

• 200 g of rice;

6. It remains only to fry the meatballs in oil. We act, as in the previous recipe. We cook for two minutes on each side until a crust appears.

Sweet Rice Balls with Raisins

A variant of an amazing dessert, which can be prepared not only with raisins, but also with other dried fruits. Porridge is cooked in milk, but you can also use just water.

Ingredients

• 300 g of rice;

• 250 ml of water;

• 2 glasses of milk;

• 80 g of raisins;

• 1 egg;

• 60 g of sugar;

• 1 bag of vanilla;

• a little flour for breading;

• butter and vegetable oil for frying;

• powdered sugar for serving.

Cooking

1. Combine water with milk, put on a stove.

2. Wash rice in several stages, add to boiling liquid, salt and boil porridge. At the end, add sugar to dissolve, remove from heat.

3. Sort out raisins, if necessary, can be soaked in water. But if it is soft, rinse well enough. Add to the rice.

• 600 ml of water;

Cooking

1. Cook on the stove a viscous porridge in the usual way. After cooking, add sugar to taste, but remember that candied fruits are very sweet. For this amount of porridge, 2-3 tablespoons of sugar is enough.

• If there is a lot of water in the porridge, and the rice has already been cooked, you need to evaporate the excess liquid with the lid open, otherwise the mass for the meatballs will not work.
