100 g semolina;

40 g flour;

How to cook:

1. Fillet, lard, cabbage, peeled onions and carrots are chopped in a chopper, sludge is passed through a meat grinder.

Take:

500 g of white cabbage;

500 g of minced pork;

· 250 g of finished mashed potatoes;

· clove of garlic;

· salt pepper;

· vegetable oil;

· Breadcrumbs.

How to cook:

1. Cabbage finely chopped. Salt and crush with your hands to make it soft.

2. Diced onions and mashed potatoes are added to the cabbage. Salt, season with spices, pepper. Knead dough for cabbage cutlets with meat filling.

3. Add chopped garlic, salt and pepper to the pork headlights. Knead and beat well.

4. Small cabbage is made from cabbage and potato dough. Wrap them in a teaspoon of minced meat.

Vegetable oil;

· Salt, nutmeg, pepper mixture, sage - to taste.

How to cook:

1. Cauliflower is divided into small inflorescences. Boil until half cooked in salted water (15 minutes). Cool by draining the water. Puree in a blender.

2. Bulb and chop the onion and pistachios. Mix with parsley and sage.

3. All components of the dish are combined together. Knead homogeneous minced meat.

4. Hands make round cutlets, roll in breading and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.

1. The cabbage is washed, divided into inflorescences and finely cut. Puree in a blender.

2. Oatmeal grind in a coffee grinder.

250 g of sauerkraut cabbage;

550 g of ground beef;

35 ml of soy sauce;

1 tsp ground ginger;

120 g of onion;

3 cloves of garlic;

75 g of mayonnaise;

· 25 ml of sesame and sunflower oil.

1. Cabbage is squeezed out well from the brine, finely chopped.
