Ingredients:

Cooking method:

For kefir, select a sufficiently large bowl, pour all at once, pour and mix soda, salt. Melt the butter, and let cool, pour in the kefir and stir.

By adding flour, stir constantly until it is convenient to do with a spoon. Then put the dough on the table, pour flour under it and knead manually. Add small portions of flour until the dough stops sticking to your hands, then wrap it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Rinse the chicken and cut into slices, the size of a quarter matchbox. Peel the onions, and cut into half rings, and then chop even finer with a knife. With potatoes, cut the peel, rinse and dry with a towel. Take a thin, narrow and very sharp knife, cut the tubers in half first, then with thin half-slices.

Salt and fill the components of the filling with pepper, mix and proceed to the formation of the pie.

Ingredients:

a glass of three percent kefir;

Add and mix the flour until thickened, then transfer the kneading to the table and bring the dough to a dense consistency. In the refrigerator, we won’t stand it, but we must cover it with a film or wrap it in a bag and let it stand.

My chicken, dried and finely chopped. We clean the vegetables and rinse too. Cut the onions smaller, and potatoes into a couple of parts and rub after that with a coarse grater.

Ingredients:

eight grams of fast yeast;

one and a half glasses of pure water;

three tablespoons of refined oil;

one fresh egg.

spices for chicken dishes;

Cooking method:

Ingredients:

half a glass of thick sour cream;

100 grams of kefir;

a pack of "peasant" oil;

one and a half glasses of pickled mushrooms.

Cooking method:

Melt without heating the oil too much. Kefir is mixed with sour cream and soda, add salt and add suspended oil. Stirring the flour in small portions, we start a plastic, not tough dough. We pack it in a bag, remove it for a couple of hours in the general compartment of the refrigerator.

Mushrooms are decanted from brine, cut arbitrarily. We clean the onion and chop it into small slices, pass until golden in color in hot oil. Add mushrooms and simmer for up to seven minutes.

We chop the washed chicken finely, and peel the potatoes and dissolve them in thin cubes. We divide the dough into two parts of unequal mass, roll out in the form of circles, put the larger one on the bottom of the bowl. Please note that you do not need to lubricate the bowl!

Wrap the dough with a film, cool for half an hour.

Wash the chicken and pat it with a cloth, dissolve it in small cubes. Cut the peeled onions with the same size and shape, and the mushrooms are slightly larger. Separately, pass the onion, add and fry the chicken with it. Mushrooms are browned in another pan.

Ingredients:

a glass of kefir and as much mayonnaise;

spices for chicken;

large salad onion.

Cooking method:

Cut the peeled and washed vegetables into thin slices, leave the potatoes, and cut the onion into quarters of the rings.

Separate chicken from bones and skin, small particles of fat can be left. We rinse, dry and cut the meat into small cubes.
