Contrary to the prevailing stereotypes, men are emotionally (in the sense that relates to mental experiences), far superior to women. The experts came to this conclusion, having studied the most touching moments for men and women.
A group of 15 fathers and mothers was studied. Women were offered to view pictures that depicted situations that could be characterized by the words "blissful", "funny", "exciting" and "spiritual". Then experts evaluated the reaction to the illustrations. Men underwent a similar test. It turned out that they were much more responsive to pictures that fit the first three descriptions. And the latter is generally twice as strong.
Despite such demonstrative results, men in the course of the survey still positioned themselves unemotional.
