I love to cook in such a way that fast, healthy and without troubles.

The condition "fast" is very important, because there is always not enough time.

With the advent of the multicooker in my house, I realized: here it is, salvation!

While cooking in a slow cooker meatball soup, I have time to redo a bunch of things.

A slow cooker cooks this soup an hour, but from this time in the kitchen you need to be present for about 15 minutes in total.

How does this happen… .

Ingredients

We get everything we need.

Of course, you will need more salt, pepper and your favorite seasonings, herbs and ... etc.

I have to say right away that you can make light meatball soup, then couscous needs only 50 grams (two large spoons with top).

You can make a real kuesh according to the same recipe - the first and second at the same time, then you will need three times more couscous.

I had a mixture of couscous with dried tomatoes.

If you just have cereals, you can add tomato paste and chopped tomatoes to the soup with meatballs.

Cooking method

Pour 2.5 liters of pure water and turn on the “soup” mode for an hour. Like this.

While the water begins to boil (this is about 10 minutes): peel the vegetables, chop finely half the onion.

Mix in a bowl: minced meat, egg, finely chopped half of the onion, salt and pepper to taste. If you want to get a hearty soup, add semolina, ground oatmeal or rice to the meatballs.

The rule is simple: cereals cannot weigh more than 1/8 of the weight of pure meat. That is, we put no more than 50 grams of cereal on 400 grams of minced meat.

I make meatless meatballs without cereals.

Peeled vegetables. The water boiled. We make meatballs and throw directly into the water. They will pop up in 5 minutes - it will be necessary to remove the foam.

Our meatballs surfaced, we immediately remove excess foam.

They cut everything: potatoes, carrots, remaining onions.

We load the vegetables into the slow cooker. I do it at the same time: all at once.

You can fry onions with carrots in sunflower oil, you get "overcooking."

I cook the soup as quickly and healthy as possible (as you remember), so I will not fry anything.

5 minutes after boiling, we fall asleep couscous.

Salt to taste (I get a teaspoon with a pea for this amount of soup), do not forget that the meatballs have already been salted!

All stir and close.

20 minutes have passed. Slow cooker beeping.

Wait 5-10 minutes (so as not to burn yourself) and open the lid.

Pour the meatball soup into the plates and decorate with what you have to.

A spoonful of sour cream and fresh herbs - it’s fine!

What a beautiful ... but it smells - divine!

Stuffing - 120 rubles

Potato - 20 rubles

Carrots - 9 rubles

Onion - 7 rubles

Couscous (150 grams) - 35 rubles

Egg - 6 rubles

Sour cream, green onions - 20 rubles

The total cost of products for this dish is 187 rubles.

It turns out 11 servings of 310 grams.

It is easy to calculate that one portion rich, thick and tasty meatball soup costs exactly 17 rubles.

The yield of the finished product is 3400 grams.

Per serving - 310 grams:

carbohydrates 13.8

The energy value of a serving of our meatball soup is 158.5 calories.

At the same time, it saturates well and can be used as a dietary dish.
