This pastry never bothers, and you can always cook it in a different way.

After all, there are many recipes and interesting ingredients that help each time to extract buns from the oven more tasty than before.

Buns with apples - general principles of preparation

To make classic apple buns, you will need flour, sugar, butter or margarine, eggs and some fragrant red or green fruits.

You can cook any dough: puff, yeast, shortbread or curd. Apples in each of them feel great.

The flour is necessarily sifted.

Dried fruits are added to the filling. Most often this is raisins, which are pre-soaked and dried with a napkin so that there is no excess water inside the bun.

Apples can be cut into strips, grate or divide into small slices and circles. They are sprinkled with cinnamon and watered with lemon juice.

Buns are baked from twenty to thirty minutes in the oven, which must be heated to 180-220 degrees.

The finished product is sprinkled with powdered sugar, then it becomes especially sweet.

1. Pumpkin Buns with Apples

Ingredients:

Dough:

• 0.45 kg of flour;

• 0.180 kg butter;

• egg;

• ½ cup of water;

• teaspoon of vinegar;

• three tbsp. tablespoons mashed pumpkin.

Filling:

• five apples;

• 0,100 kg of light raisins;

• half a cup of sugar;

• three teaspoons of cinnamon;

• 30 g of Vologda butter.

Cooking method:

Bake a slice of pumpkin and grind in a blender.

Butter should be cold, so keep it in the refrigerator. Cut into thin slices and pour into flour.

Add egg and vinegar. Salt and pour pumpkin puree into flour. Knead the dough a little while adding water.

Roll it into a lump and place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Cut the peeled apples into cubes a little more than 0.5 centimeters. Melt the butter in a skillet. Fry apple slices, add sugar and mix. Sprinkle with raisins and fry for a couple of minutes. When the dried fruits swell, and the sugar begins to caramelize, sprinkle with cinnamon and pour the filling into a plate.

Roll out the dough, fold and roll again. Do this four times.

Cut it into rectangles. Place apple filling in the center. The adjacent corners of the dough are blind. Hide the outer corners, forming a boat.

Melt the butter. Take a silicone brush and grease the top of the buns. Bake for about half an hour (220 degrees).

Baked buns can be lightly sprinkled with powdered sugar.

2. Buns with apples "Tasty Tea Party"

Ingredients:

Dough:

• 0.25 kg of flour;

• 0.15 kg of margarine;

• 75 grams of sour cream of any fat content;

• Art. a spoonful of sugar;

• one egg;

• teaspoon with a baking powder slide for the dough;

• two teaspoons of vanilla sugar.

Filling:

• five red apples;

• two tbsp. tablespoons of grated pastry crackers and sugar;

• 50 grams of butter.

Cooking method:

Pour all the dry ingredients into the sifted flour: vanilla sugar and sand, baking powder. To mix everything.

Cool margarine and cut into thin slices. Add to flour and grind with cold hands into crumbs.

Make a depression in the center of the bowl with flour. Add sour cream and yolk. Try to knead the dough faster. Put it on the shelf for about forty minutes.

Wash apples thoroughly. Remove ponytails and core. No need to clean. Cut the apples into strips.

Dissolve a small amount of butter in a frying pan. Put the apple slices and fry them for two or three minutes.

Pour the toasted fruits into a bowl and allow time to cool completely.

Before laying in a bun, add sugar and grated crackers to apples. Mix.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, divide into four pieces. That part of it, which will be rolled out at the moment, needs to be left, and the rest - put in the refrigerator.

From a rolled dough, use a plate to cut out a circle of even shape. Divide it into four parts. The result is triangles.

Make small cuts on each piece of dough. Put the filling on the whole edge, roll up the bun. Do the same with the rest of the dough.

Bake for about half an hour. After the buns are warm, you can sprinkle them a little with powdered (sugar).

3. Buns with apples and nuts

Ingredients:

Dough:

• 0.35 kg of flour;

• 0.2 kg of butter 82%;

• 0.125 kg of granulated sugar;

• teaspoon of baking powder for dough;

• 0.125 kg of natural yogurt.

Filling:

• three large apples;

• four tbsp. spoons without sugar;

• 50 grams of Vologda oil;

• half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon;

• two teaspoons chopped walnuts.

Cooking method:

Add sugar and baking powder to flour. Stir.

Cut the butter into small pieces, cool further. Add to flour. Grind the butter and flour with your hands so that no more pieces remain for a pea.

Pour yogurt and knead soft dough.

Roll it into a tourniquet shape, wrap it in a plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for at least forty minutes.

Cut clean apples into pieces, remove the ponytails and core, then grate.

Fry in butter for about three minutes and add sugar. Mix.

Continue warming the apples until the juice is evaporated. Add cinnamon, stir.

Remove the apple mixture from the heat, pour into a plate. When it has completely cooled, add nuts and mix.

Take out the dough of their refrigerator. Divide it into pieces and roll it. Place the filling inside. Make a round bun.

Bake in the usual way.

4. Apple rolls for breakfast

Ingredients:

Dough:

• three cups of wheat flour;

• 0,200 l of milk;

• two eggs;

• 35 gr. butter 82% cream;

• three tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;

• 10 gr. vanilla sugar;

• a pinch of salt;

• teaspoon of fast-acting yeast (dry).

Filling:

• three apples;

• a quarter cup of lemon juice;

• three tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.

For baby:

• 40 grams of butter;

• two tbsp. tablespoons sugar and flour.

Cooking method:

Prepare dough with warmed milk, yeast, a teaspoon of sugar and two tablespoons of flour. Set aside for a while.

Melt the butter. Drive eggs into it and fill in the remaining sugar, add salt and stir.

Transfer the egg mixture to the dough. Add flour a little. To mix everything.

Finish already thick dough on a large wooden board or table top. Transfer to a bowl and leave for at least an hour in a warm room.

Prepare the filling. Chop the apples, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix with sugar and warm until the moisture is gone. Put in a separate bowl and let cool.

Put the finished dough on the table and cut into ten parts.

Form a cake, put a spoonful of filling in the middle, pinch the edges.

Place the buns on a baking sheet with baked oiled paper. Cover with a film and leave in a warm room for about twenty minutes.

Turn chopped cold butter, flour and sugar into crumbs. Sprinkle raw buns. You can grease with an egg before sprinkling.

Send to the oven for half an hour (180 degrees).

Hot buns need to be cooled by laying them on a wire rack.

5. Buns with apples and jam

Ingredients:

Dough:

• 0.2 l of milk;

• four tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;

• a pinch of salt;

• 50 g of yeast;

• 0.700 kg of flour;

• 0.100 kg butter

• three chicken eggs.

Filling:

• two apples;

• three tbsp. tablespoons of apple jam.

• two tbsp. spoons of sesame seeds.

Cooking method:

Pour sugar and salt into a jug of milk. Put a piece of yeast and set the saucepan closer to the heat so that the yeast will dissolve.

Melt the butter.

Blab the eggs a bit.

When the dough is cooked, pour it onto the flour. Add butter and eggs here.

Knead the dough and, as usual, leave it in a warm place to fit.

Peel the apples, cut the core in a circle. Cut into rings.

Roll out the dough and divide by a shape of approximately seven centimeters in diameter into circles. Move them onto a baking sheet. Put apple circles on top. Pour jam in the middle. Cover with the same slice of dough and pinch the bun in a circle.

Gently sprinkle each with sesame seeds.

Arrange on a baking sheet with baking paper and send to the oven for half an hour.

6. Buns with apples "Fragrant rose"

Ingredients:

• 0.9 kg of yeast dough;

• two apples:

• half a lemon;

• three teaspoons of sugar.

Cooking method:

Prepare the dough according to the previous recipe.

Peel the apples completely from the internal seeds and peel. Cut into slices. Squeeze the juice from them on half of the lemon and mix with sugar. Pour boiling water over steep.

Pour apples on a baking sheet with baking paper and leave for five minutes in the oven (180 degrees).

Roll out the dough. Cut a strip of five centimeters, and lay apples on one edge. Tuck the other edge, covering half the fruit. Wrap it very carefully with a roll. Its length can be determined as desired. Buns are obtained in the form of roses.

To make the finished dish bright, it can be anointed with egg yolk diluted with water.

7. Buns with apples: whip up

Ingredients:

• 0.5 kg of flour;

• four eggs;

• 0.12 kg of sugar;

• four apples;

• 0.2 kg of melted margarine;

• vanillin;

• baking powder for the dough.

Cooking method:

Wash and peel the apples. Cut into strips.

Break eggs into a separate bowl, add sugar and beat well with a mixer.

Then pour margarine here, which must be melted in advance. To mix everything.

Pour vanilla and baking powder from the bags. Gradually introduce flour, constantly stirring the mixture.

Pour apples into the prepared dough and mix.

Prepare a baking sheet and line it with greasy baking paper. Lay on it slices of dough in the form of small rolls.

Load into the oven for twenty minutes (180 degrees).

After baking, the apple rolls need to cool slightly. Then it will be easy to remove them from the pan.

8. Buns with cottage cheese apples

Ingredients:

• 0.300 kg fat-free cottage cheese;

• eight tbsp. spoons of oat bran;

• egg;

• two apples;

• two tbsp. spoons without a hill of sugar;

• 50 grams of Vologda oil;

• 0.12 kg of brown sugar;

• teaspoon of cinnamon.

Cooking method:

Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, knead. Add the egg, stir.

Pour a spoonful of sugar and oat bran.

First stir everything with a spoon, and then with your hands. It turns out a curd dough. It must be put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Peel and chop apples with a fine grater. Squeeze out excess juice. Sprinkle with sugar, then cinnamon and stir.

Roll out the curd dough by stretching the edges with a rectangle. Grease with melted butter. Spread apple filling on top. Smooth it on the surface of the dough. Carefully roll into a roll (not tight). Cut into slices of three centimeters.

Lay in the prepared form with the slices up. Lubricate with diluted egg in water and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Buns with apples will be ready half an hour after they are placed in the oven (180 degrees).
