Pie with apples in a slow cooker - the basic principles of cooking

Today, to make a pie with apples, you do not need to wait for autumn. Apples are sold all year round. In addition, you can choose any variety to your taste, from sweet to sour.

With the advent of the multicooker, the process of making the pie has become even easier. You no longer need to control so that it does not burn. It is enough to knead the dough, place it in the capacity of the multicooker, put apples cut into slices on top and sprinkle all with sugar.

The dough for the pie can be any: kefir, biscuit, puff, cottage cheese, etc.

Apples are best used sour or sweet and sour. Such varieties are in the best possible harmony with sweet dough, and give the baking a spicy sourish flavor.

Bake a pie with apples in the "Baking" mode. Cooking time depends on the power of your slow cooker and the dough from which you will prepare the pie. If you want the top to brown, you can turn the cake over or send it to the oven for a few minutes.

In addition to apples, other fruits can be added to the cake, and cinnamon will make the cake even more flavorful.

Recipe 1. Traditional multicooker apple pie

Ingredients

a glass of flour;

vanilla sugar or vanillin;

250 g of sugar;

salt;

egg - three pcs.;

butter;

two apples.

Cooking method

1. In a deep dish, break two eggs, lightly salt and add vanillin. With a whisk or mixer, beat the eggs so that the mass doubles.

2. Gradually add the sifted flour to the egg mass and knead well.

3. Wash the apples and peel the thin peel from them. Cut boxes with seeds and knead well. Cut apples into slices.

4. In the bowl of the multicooker, oiled, pour half the dough. We lay apple slices on top, beautifully laying them over all areas of the dough. Carefully fill everything with the remaining dough and lay out the apple slices again.

5. Turn on the baking mode "Baking" for an hour. We take out the cake, cool it slightly and cut in portions. Serve with hot or cold drinks.

Recipe 2. Bulk pie with apples in a slow cooker

Ingredients

For dry mix

semolina - a glass;

vanillin;

flour - a glass;

baking powder - sachet;

sugar is a glass.

For filling

apples - kg;

butter - 150 g;

cinnamon.

Cooking method

1. Pour all dry ingredients into a suitable container and mix thoroughly.

2. Apples wash, remove all damaged places and remove the peel. We cut out seed boxes, and the flesh is large in three.

3. Grease the butter capacity of the multicooker. Pour some of the dry mixture to the bottom and level. On top of it, evenly spread a thin layer of grated apples. We spread all the products in this way until they end. The top layer should be a dry mixture.

4. Butter is sent for a while to the freezer. We take out the frozen butter, roughly three of it and sprinkle on the surface of the pie.

5. Turn on the "Baking" mode. Bake the cake for 1 h. 05 min. At the end of boiling, we check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick and leave it in the "Heating" mode for another 45 minutes. Cool the pie completely, cut it and serve with milk or other drinks.

Recipe 3. Pie with apples in a slow cooker on kefir

Ingredients

two glasses of flour;

vanillin;

250 ml of kefir;

baking powder - 10 g;

three apples;

130 g butter;

egg;

incomplete glass of sugar.

Cooking method

1. Place the butter in an iron bowl or saucepan and melt it in a water bath. Pour kefir into it, drive in an egg and add sugar and vanillin. Mix everything until smooth. Add baking powder and mix again. Now gradually introduce the flour, knead a homogeneous dough and divide it in half.

2. My apples, cut the core with seeds and cut into slices.

3. Pour half of the dough into a greased multicooker container. On top of it lay out an even layer of apple slices. We cover them with dough and level the surface.

4. Turn on the multicooker in the "Baking" mode and prepare the pie for an hour. We leave the baking for another half an hour in the "Heating" mode.

Recipe 4. French Pie with Apple Puff Pastry

Ingredients

packaging of finished puff pastry;

vegetable oil;

six apples;

vanillin - 10 g;

sugar - 250 ml;

water - 50 ml;

butter - 40 g.

Cooking method

1. Pour drinking water into the stewpan and dilute sugar and vanillin in it. We put it on the fire and cook the syrup so that it darkens slightly.

2. Grease with vegetable oil the walls of the capacity of the multicooker.

3. Defrost the finished puff pastry and roll it out. Cut two circles to fit the size of the container.

4. My apples, remove the core and cut them into slices.

5. At the bottom of the container we spread apple slices in an even layer.

6. Remove the syrup from the heat, cool slightly and add the butter. Mix and water the apple layer with this mixture. Cover with dough on top. We spread apples on it and pour it with syrup. Cover with a second layer of dough.

7. Set the slow cooker in the "Baking" mode and prepare the cake for 50 minutes. Turn the finished cake onto a plate, cool and cut portionwise.

Recipe 5. Pie with apples, cinnamon and raisins in a slow cooker

Ingredients

a glass of flour;

icing sugar;

sugar - 250 g;

cinnamon;

three apples;

salt;

four eggs;

100 g of raisins;

sour cream - 50 g;

10 g of baking powder.

Cooking method

1. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, pour sugar in and beat with a whisk or mixer until the mass increases in volume. Add sour cream, cinnamon, salt and baking powder to the egg mixture. Continue to beat for a few more minutes. Without ceasing to beat, gradually introduce the flour and knead the dough.

2. Remove a thin peel with apples with a sharp knife, cut out seed boxes and cut them into slices. Wash raisins and pour hot water.

3. With butter, grease the capacity of the multicooker and put half of the dough into it. On top of it, evenly spread half of the apple slices, sprinkle with half the squeezed raisins and cover with the remaining dough. On top of the dough, beautifully spread the remaining apples and raisins.

4. The capacity is placed in a slow cooker and turn on the "Baking" for an hour. We get the finished cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Recipe 6. Slovak pie with apples in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Dough

baking powder bag;

flour - 200 g;

vegetable oil - 120 ml;

an incomplete glass of sugar;

milk - 100 ml.

Filling

lemon zest;

apples - a kilogram;

teaspoon of cinnamon;

100 g of granulated sugar.

Cooking method

1. Combine milk with vegetable oil and mix. Add sugar and baking powder. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Separate the fourth part from it and put it in the freezer. Put the rest of the dough on a sheet of parchment and cover it with another sheet.

2. We put the capacity of the multicooker on it and gently squeeze it. You’ll get a circle that fits our diameter. Add a couple of centimeters to the sides and cut a circle with a knife. We spread it on the bottom of the capacity of the multicooker.

3. Peel the apples from the skin, cut the core and three on a coarse grater. We spread the grated apples in cheesecloth and squeeze it well. We spread the apple mass on the dough.

4. Mix sugar with lemon zest and cinnamon. Sprinkle the pie with the mixture. We take out the dough from the freezer and roughly three directly on the pie so that it covers the apple layer with an even layer.

5. Turn on the "Baking" mode and prepare the cake for 45 minutes. We take out the container from the multicooker and cool the cake without removing it from the bowl. The cooled pie is transferred to a plate and cut portionwise.

Recipe 7. Pie with apples and fruits in a slow cooker

Ingredients

a pound of finished puff pastry;

butter;

three apples;

egg yolk;

three pears;

sugar - 80 g;

two bananas.

Cooking method

1. Defrost the puff pastry. All fruits are peeled. At apples and pears, cut out the core and rub them coarsely. Knead bananas with a fork.

2. Fruits are laid out on different plates. Add a spoonful of sugar to each and mix.

3. Thaw the dough completely and divide it into three parts. We roll each into a small triangle. In the middle of each we lay out, alternating, the filling. Pinch the edges tightly.

4. Lubricate the capacity of the multicooker with oil. We turn the dough with the filling in the form of a snail. Grease the surface of the dough with whipped yolk.

5. We turn on the slow cooker in the "Baking" mode. Cooking the cake for an hour. After which we turn the pastries and bake in the same mode for about half an hour.

Recipe 8. Pie with apples in the multicooker "Tsvetaevsky"

Ingredients

Dough

130 g - butter;

200 g of flour;

5 g of baking powder;

half a glass of sour cream.

Filling

egg;

cinnamon;

four sweet and sour apples;

200 g of sugar and sour cream;

flour - 30 g.

Cooking method

1. Combine flour with baking powder. Chop the butter and add it to the flour. Grind everything to the state of crumbs, add sour cream and knead the dough. Wrap it in polyethylene and refrigerate for half an hour.

2. Place the egg, sour cream, sugar and flour in a blender bowl. Beat well until smooth.

3. Peel the apples from the skin, cut out the seed boxes and cut the fruit pulp into plates. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice so that they do not become dark.

4. In the capacity of the multicooker, oiled, place a layer of dough and make sides. Put apple slices on it and pour the cream of sour cream on it. Put the bowl in the multicooker.

5. Set the “Baking” mode on the machine. Set a timer for an hour. Use a toothpick to check if the cake is ready. If necessary, add a few more minutes. Cool and sprinkle the cake with cinnamon.

Pie with apples in a slow cooker - tips and tricks

  • To make the dough airy and tender, beat the whites separately from the yolks.

  • If your apples are sweet, you can add cranberries or currants to the pie for the acid.

  • Replace the fourth part of the flour with starch, then the dough will turn out light, and will not crumble like that.

  • Cool the apple pie right in the crock-pot bowl. So it will be easier to get it.

  • To prevent apples from darkening, sprinkle them with lemon juice.
