Brown bread is allowed, however, it should be treated with caution and not overeat. It may contain dyes that are harmful to the baby. And also brown bread is not recommended for mothers with stomach problems (ulcer, high acidity, diseases of the duodenum).

● 1 chicken egg;

● 250 ml of water;

● 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil;

● 1.5 tsp dry yeast (which dissolves quickly);

● 4 tsp milk powder;

● 1.5 tsp salts;

● 1 tbsp Sahara;

● flour.

How to cook

Yeast is diluted in warm water and stirred until completely dissolved.

Mix all the ingredients except flour.

Then the flour is gradually poured in small portions. In total, kneading the dough takes at least 20 minutes.

When the dough is ready, it is left to infuse at room temperature for an hour.

Then it is again kneaded for 5 minutes.

The dough is shaped (what will be the finished bread) and left for proofing for half an hour.

It should be noted that for the whole time the dough will increase by about 2 times.

The oven is heated to 180 degrees and the dough is sent there for 50 minutes.

When the bread is ready, it is removed from the oven, wrapped in a towel and left to cool.
