· 0.25 l of cognac;

· 3 tbsp. l strong coffee;

300 ml cream 18%;

A pinch of vanilla;

150 g of white condensed milk.

1. All ingredients are pre-chilled. For mixing we use a high bowl. Pour the cream and immediately add the condensed milk. Beat with a whisk for a couple of minutes.

2. Introduce cognac into a future liquor in a thin stream, continuing to whisk, and add vanillin. You can cook without it.

3. At the very end we introduce boiled, but chilled coffee. It perfectly accentuates cognac taste. Beat another minute.

4. Pour into a decanter with a tight lid or just into bottles. Cork, remove for several hours in the refrigerator. Before use, be sure to stir, you can just shake the bottle intensely.

Liqueur "Baileys" at home with eggs

In fact, this recipe does not need whole eggs, but just yolks. It is desirable that they be fresh and of high quality, since heating by prescription is not provided. Yolks give the liquor a creamy and viscous consistency. Due to their presence in the drink, you can use cream of low fat content of 15%.

Ingredients

· 3 yolks;

500 ml of vodka;

300 ml cream;

1 g vanilla;

· 300 g of condensed milk.

· 500 ml of quality vodka;

· 2 cans of condensed milk;

600 ml of wonderful chocolate;

1.5 g of vanillin;

· 2 tablespoons of instant coffee.

Cooking method

1. Open the condensed milk, put it out of the cans in a bowl convenient for whipping. But immediately we take a large bowl so that all the components fit.

2. Open the wonderful chocolate and pour to the condensed milk. Beat with a mixer.
